Location of documentation error is
"Workbench User Guide > Basic Tutorial > Navigating Resources > Go To"

Item #2 "Choose Go To > Resource... from the popup"

There is no popup in the Navigator view that has this option.  This appears to 
be available only from the main menu "Navigate > Go To > Resource..."

The doc is out of date and needs updating.
