Build 20030306

Running a self-hosting workspace under OptimizeIt shows that 27% of the time 
computing the hierarchy on IResource is spent in the worked(int) method.

We call this method too often for very litle progress.

Fixed IndexBasedHierarchyBuilder.searchAllPossibleSubTypes(...) to pass null as 
the progress monitor to the SubTypeSearchJob.
