'Go to last edit..' is fixed.
Moving the Plaform UI for fixing 'Pin the active editor so that ...' which is in
org.eclipse.ui.workbench.

Should change to: "Pin Editor".  Should change the menu item in the editor tab 
menu to correspond.
Need to describe pinning in the help for the pref page, which it currently is 
not.
