org.eclipse.orion.server.tests.filesystem.git.GitFileStoreTest gives different results when ran on Windows and Linux.

On Windows fetchInfoForAnEmptySharedRepository fails and getChildNamesForAnEmptySharedRepository shows an error.
On Linux fetchInfoForAnEmptySharedRepository passes and getChildNamesForAnEmptySharedRepository fails.

I must have fixed these in the meantime.
