I'll attach a patch. This is in support of bug 315844.  The featuresandBundles publisher doesn't support jars in the zip format and it's better to be consistent and have both ecj and ecjsrc files in jar format.

Should not this patch be also done for compiler.tool and the jdt.core bundle scripts ?
