I am using the 20030221 RC1 driver on Suse 8.1, Eclipse Motif version.

In C3, after a long wait (30 seconds or so) conecting to the eclipse update site
the dialog show no updates are available.
I also created a bookmark to the site, expanded the site, noticed a whole bunch
of features, tried the New Updates again, and still the same result, no new
updates found.

You need to add the bookmarks to the list of sites in the scope settings 
because the 'real' site (update.eclipse.org/updates) is used for release 
updates, not testing.

This is an error in the scenario that needs to be fixed.
