Currently JPA testing on WLS only add weblogic.jar in the classpath, it couldn't run testing on WLS with patch set (e.g. if apply patch using smart update, the patch jar will added, but not in weblogic.jar, it usually has separate jar). Both start server and run client classpath should include patch set jar.

By add patch set jar in both start server and running client classpath to fix this bug.
