ClasspathTests.testClasspathCreateLibraryEntry fails because only 1 delta is reported when the kind of a classpath entry
	is changed.

F_REMOVED_FROM_CLASSPATH and F_ADDED_TO_CLASSPATH deltas are now correctly 
merged.
Reeanabled test.
