The Apply Patch wizard should remember the last file I've entered in the 'File' field, even if I clicked Next and then canceled the dialog.

Chances are very high that I will try to apply the same patch only seconds later. URL field probably has the same problems.

At least the file should be in the history (combo).

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
