Indicate success of hot code replace. Currently, I get a warning dialog if hot code replace failed, but I don't know when a hot code replace has succeeded. Occasionally, I save a file, switch to the debug target workbench and try my fix, only to discover that it does not work since hot code replace has not finished yet.

I certainly don't want a dialog to tell about success, but it would be cool if the Debug view title could be made italic as long as a hot code replace request is running.
