Over time plug-in names and locations of files have changed. Mylyn should provide clean up functionality to remove stale files and settings.

* org.eclipse.mylyn.bugzilla.ui: repository configurations
* org.eclipse.mylyn.context.ui: org.eclipse.mylyn.ui.perspectives.task.*  (context last used perspective)
* org.eclipse.mylyn.context.ui: org.eclipse.mylyn.ui.interest.highlighters
* org.eclipse.mylyn.monitor.ui: org.eclipse.mylyn.monitor.user.activity.enabled
* org.eclipse.mylyn.resources.ui: editors.task.*  (context editor mementos)
* deleted repositories

Task List:
* tasks that were never migrated or do not have a corresponding connector
