error mesage when trying to run java application from Hebrew-named project none

Build Identifier: 3.6.0-I20100330-0800

In order to recreate the problem:
1. Create Hebrew-named java project
2. create java class called 'abc' (non-Hebrew characters)
3. add 'main' method and add some System.out.println call in it.
4. try to Run/Debug
Result: error message 'Poblem occured' appears (see attachment)

Reproducible: Always
