Given that the JSf tutorial page (http://eclipse.org/webtools/jsf/docs/tutorial/JSFTools_1_0_tutorial.html) is fairly long, a table of contents or equivalent navigation system could be very useful -- not just for navigation per se, but for assistive technologies like screen-readers.
