Steps:
1. Make sure the clipboard doesn't hold a valid URL
2. Open "Apply Patch" wizard
3. Copy an URL with to the clipboard
4. In the wizard, on the Patch Input patch select "( ) URL" field
=> The field is not populated with the clipboard's content as it would have been if the URL had been copied to the clipboard before opening the wizard

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
