Palette entries' names and descriptions wrap up but not always at the point where word breaks when using some Unicode signs.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. This can easily be tested with GMF. Generate a basic diagram editor.
2. Modify the messages.properties file in the generated project.
3. See the value "\uff22\uff4f\uff52\uff44\uff45\uff52\uff45\uff44 \uff23\uff49\uff52\uff43\uff4c\uff45" into the title of one of the *CreationTool_title entries.
4. Run the editor. Resize the palette. You should observe the string wrapped up like in the attached screenshot.
