Try running the SWT control example.
Recent changes seem to have broken it - it no longer comes to the foreground 
and can not be made active.

MacOS X Launcher plugin

Fixed and released to HEAD and versioned v20030128b.
Attached .zip file (20k) contains MacOS X Launcher.
Should we request a rebuild for MacOS X?

Yes, I think we should request a rebuild since the mac environment is quite 
broken without this fix.
