Missing mnemonic key definition on New Managed Bean wizard

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a JSF project

- Open faces-config.xml and switch to Managed Beans tab

- Click Add 

- Exercise Alt key

Notice the missing mnemonic key definition for the fields.
