	In R0.9, when a project is about to be deleted, the confirmation dialog has
	a dangerous default. The default button is Yes, delete project and contents.
	Shouldn't the default be Cancel, or at least No?

	I think most of the time the answer is yes so the default should stay as it is.
	Changing it would make the dialog annoying for experienced users.

	It is still bad to lose the user's work.  Even with a prompt with a 'No' or 'Cancel' default, 
	people get into the habit of hitting 'Yes' 99% of the time.s
	So they may only lose their work 1% of the time, but that's still too much.
	We should move any deleted content to the recycle bin so that it can be recovered even if deleted intentionally.

Changed delete project dialog so it's more consistent with non-project case.
Yes/No apply to the whole operation, and aren't overloaded with the content 
case.
There are separate radio buttons for delete contents or not.
The default is to not delete contents.
