Description Randy Giffen CLA 2001-10-10 22:45:19 EDT 
When a perspective is closed we have to show another perspective 
(if at least one other is open) currently we show a "random" one depending
on the order of the perspectives in the list. 
I think we should show the perspective which was visible just before
the perspective being closed. 
This as the advantage of: 
1) Returning you to something familiar
2) It does not show a perspective in which you have no intrest. 
3) Avoiding potential unneeded plugin loading.
