Currently, the Team plugin has a delta listener for ensuring that the project 
for a provided gets updated on a project move. The listener is PRE_AUTO_BUILD 
which has a certain overhead associated with it. It seems that we should be 
able to do this in the Move/delete hook after we dispatch the moveProject to 
the provider.

To do this we need to know if the move succeeded or not. Currently, this is 
difficult to determine (see bug 28740).

This will not be doable in 2.1 given the requirements stated above.
