While testing the same scenario under different compiler compliance levels there was no easy way to quickly see the project's compiler compliance level as the used JRE System library can differ.

A decorator showing the compiler compliance level would help here.

If we add this, then have to make sure the decoration is correctly updated when the compiler compliance is changed on the project or in the workspace.
