Build id: I20090428-0100

1. Have a patch that isn't created with the workspace as a root.
2. Bring up the context menu > Team > Apply Patch...
3. Click the 'Help' button, it works.
4. Click 'Next', the help is updated.
5. Select a target resource.
6. Click 'Next', the help is updated.
7. Close the dialog.
8. Redo steps 1 and 2.
9. Click 'Next' and select a target resource.
10. Click the 'Help' button, help doesn't come up.
11. Click 'Next' to page 3.
12. Click the 'Help' button, help doesn't come up.
13. Click 'Back' twice back to the first page.
14. Click the 'Help' button, help doesn't come up, when it worked in step 3.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
