Description Jon Barrilleaux CLA 2009-04-22 14:54:36 EDT
Build ID: I20090313-0100

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Create an app with an OpenGL canvas containing an animated model (i.e. the canvas is constantly redrawing).
2.Open a menu or trigger a tooltip that overlaps the canvas.
3.Any overlapping SWT graphics will disappear or flicker.

More information:
A similar thing happens with AWT, where "lightweight" graphics mix with a "heavyweight" canvas. I have seen no mention of such an issue with SWT so I can only assume that this is a bug with the way that the SWT OpenGL canvas is interacting with the rest of SWT.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
