Created attachment 132483 [details] Shows the ms-match between the selection and the panes Found in I20090416-1053. Just noticed that if there are multiple entries in the "Patch Contents" tree that both the 'Java Structure Compare' (to its right) and the 'Java Source Compare' (below) don't react to selection changes but instead require a double-click. It might be better to react to the current selection since now we have cases where we're showing 'stale' information in the compare panes versus the selected element (screen cap coming).
