Steps To Reproduce:
1. Make a multi-line selection which includes a mix of blank and non-blank lines.
2. Press 'Tab'.

More information:
Whitespace is inserted into all lines.  This yields trailing spaces for lines which had no content to begin with.  Would be convenient for Eclipse to simply ignore lines with zero characters.
