handles for annotation style pointcuts aren't quite right - but I don't know where they are needed for navigation in AJDT so not sure how much of a problem it is?  They are not as simple to fix as advice due to an underlying ajc problem which appears to morph them into code style on compilation.

DeclareParents handles are also probably wrong, but that doesn't work with incremental so can't be an issue right now or we'd hear about it - will look into this when it is raised.
