Patch with new docs.

This patch adds a new reference page for the Debug Breadcrumb as well as the new actions in Debug view that relate to it.

For convenience, it also removes the Next/Previous Thread feature for bug 275009.  The changes are in JDT, so I need to ask someone else on the team to apply them.

Applied patch. I believe we have to update the screen shots to be Windows images (to be consistent with the rest of the doc).
