It is too easy to mess up with the perspective layout. I often find myself trying to grab
	a scroll bar and ending up moving the view instead. And it is very hard to put the view 
	back afterward.

	I think an edit perspective mode would help: you would switch to this mode when you
	want to change the layout of your perspective. Otherwise, the layout would be locked
	which would prevent you from messing up with it.

	The restore menu item in a detached window's window menu should be enabled and
	should return the view to the desktop in its previous layout location.
