In the Navigator view, you can press F5 to refresh the view. However,
	this accelerator is not shown anywhere in the menus. We should
	maybe add a menu entry to the view's menu - something like
	"Refresh    F5"

	I think other views support some type of refresh when F5 is pressed
	and should include a menu entry also

	Similarly the property sheet supports F5, but there is no refresh menu or 
	toolbar action.

Accelerators anre not shown on pop ups. As the functonality is still accessible 
this is not considered a hidden function.
