Each project will provide basic capability/activity definitions to allow for their UI contributions to be hidden. These must be provided in a separate plugin/feature to facilitate inclusion/exclusion by consumers in product development.

I checked in the org.eclipse.buckminster.ui.capabilities bundle but I will not add it to the Galileo build until it is stable again. Expected to happen mid next week according to David Williams: http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/cross-project-issues-dev/msg03233.html

Starting with M7, we now provide a capabilities bundle.
