Must have new & noteworthy for each milestone. Must be something readable and usable not just a static list of all the bugs, e.g. platform. Corollary: individual new & noteworthy should be linked in to the collective New & Noteworthy.

I'll work on this one. We (the PMC) have already discussed a New & Noteworthy process to help simplify this a bit for Galileo. I'll help keep that process alive.

We are doing this for each release. Did it for M5 already, am working on one for M6, and will do it for M7 and the RC's as well.
