CDC/PBP devices are imported

Overview:

MTJ is importing CDC/PBP devices from "Java Platform Micro Edition SDK 3.0 EA" as they were CLDC/MIDP devices.

If the user select one of this CDC devices as execution environment, the Project gets broken.

Steps to Reproduce:

    1) Select the Window > Preferences... to open the workbench preferences.
    2) Select the Java ME > Device Management preference page to display the installed SDKs.
    3) Click the Import... button.
    4) Select the "Java Platform Micro Edition SDK 3.0 EA" root directory
    6) Import the devices

Actual Results:

CDC/PBP devices are imported and marked as CLDC/MIDP devices.

Expected Results:

CDC/PBP devices should not be imported.
