Some browsers or device emulators only accept an URL parameter, as like: file:///C:/workspace/Project/Folder/Page.html Need URL paramter variable for External Tool, such as ${resource_url}, in order to register those applications as external tools. The extected features are: (1) Show "Selected resource URL" in "Browse Variable" of "New External Tool" which inserts ${resource url} parameter. (2) Assign the reousce URL for the variable on launching the external tool. e.g. Workspace = C:\workspace Resource = /Project/Folder/Page.html Value of variable = file:///C:/workspace/Project/Folder/Page.html
