To include UML2 Tools diagramming and BPMN from STP.  SCA is also planned from STP, but they'll need to first remove their dependency in JDT.  The idea of this package is to provide as small a download as possible with "pure" modeling (drawing) capabilities only.  If desired, the practitioner can later add functionality using update manager, as usual.
