Should add that the error occurs when the dialog is resized! We are at the mercy of the Window Manager. We request dialog trimmings but the Window manager is free to ignore us and make every window resizeable. I'm pretty sure this isn't an SWT problem. The error dialog is something that Eclipse does, not SWT. I tried following the link to see the stack trace but I couldn't get in. Geoff, please attach the stack trace to this PR. I'm moving this to UI for now. Alas, no log info was posted into the .log file at the time of the error. Geoff I suspect it is related to the GTK resize core in Bug 24797 the GTK problem is fixed in the M2 build. Marking as Fixed - please reopen if you van make it happen again in M2 or later.
