Steps To Reproduce:
1.[JPA] > [Mapping File] is selected from the new wizard selection screen, and "Mapping File" generation wizard is started.
2.The source folder that doesn't exist in the input field of "Source folder" is specified. 
  At this point, the alert message is displayed.
3.The [Finish] button is clicked.
4.The following error dialogs are displayed. 
  "An error has occurred when New Mapping File finished."

This was fixed in 2.0.1 and 2.1 stream.
