Description Wassim Melhem CLA 2002-10-10 14:26:11 EDT 
Step F4 of the Test Scenario for optional features.
Observed:
Feature Root 1.0.1 and both optional children features are enabled.
Even worse, XYZ Feature is now labeled 1.0.1, not 1.0.0.

If you toggle 'Show Disabled Features', you see the following:
1. a disable Root 1.0.0 feature with all its children labeled 1.0.1 ???
2. a disabled Bogus Feature 1.0.0 (standalone)
3. a disabled standalone (XYZ & Bogus Feature 1.0.0) with children labeled
1.0.1???
