Description Simon Arsenault CLA 2001-10-10 22:36:22 EDT
Open the Properties view. Notice the "filter" tool button is enabled. Click
	on it and nothing happens.

In the Task view, clicking on the "filter" tool button (which looks exactly
the same as the one in the Properties view), brings up a dialog box.

NOTES:
	RG (6/11/01 4:08:16 PM)
Filter in the properties view is a toggle.
When on it filters out "expert" properties.
Create a test.usr class and select one of the people in the outline to test this out
	(salary is an expert property).

Not obvious what this does. As a user, it would be confusing given the same
icon that does filtering in the Task view opens a dialog box. If we at least
updated the tool tip to explain what it does (filters out expert properties).

To be looked at when more cycles available. Probably a good view of a first
time user experience.

Reopen for investigation

Need to improve the icon too.
Comment 5 Debbie Wilson CLA 2003-05-14 14:06:03 EDT
In Eclipse 2.1, the 'filter' button on the Properties view is now called 'Show
Advanced Properties'.
