Current hot spots look like they come from:
* Excessive Task List refresh
* Notification popups
* Task List locking?s

Scheduling for 3.2, at which point we should do a milestone that focues on scalability and performance, as per the Galileo should dos.

I made the following changes:
* Background synchronizations of queries now run as system jobs. 
* The Task List title will be displayed in italic while a forced synchronization of all queries is running.
