CompareDialog tries to use a string resource with this name for the label on 
the Commit button. plugin.properties file contains CompareDialog.commit.label 
entry and not CompareDialog.commitAction.label, as a result the Commit button 
label is wrong.

fixed for I20030128
changed property name in plugin.properties to CompareDialog.commitAction.label
