It tracks getting the fix for Bug 234404 as patch for 2.0.2 release.

But, this isn't the final build for "the next" update site patch ... we will attempt to include a few more fixes (not sure if they touch these same plugins/features.

It works!  Thanks everyone I tried adding 2 tld declarations with our wizard as well as adding a servlet to a project with a web.xml.  It all seems to work fine.
