The scenario described in bug 234718 needs a performance test so that no regression is introduced in this area in the fututre.

Performance test released for 3.5M1 and released in perf_34x branch.

Verified for 3.5M2 that the test testPerfBatchCreatePackageAndReconcile() was added and that its results are currently flat:
