- new Resource perspective
- drag Outline over Navigator to make one group on the left
- drag Tasks view over separator between left group and editors (so you get the Window cursor, not the left or right cursor)
- drop it there
- it detaches the view

- it should place it between the group and the editors instead

You can get the desired effect by moving the cursor a bit more to the left or right,
so this is a strange non-linearity.

Detached window is not longer supported. Dragging over the resize sash will 
show now an invalid drop icon (as expected)
