Hi,

At my office, I am working on the web behind a proxy and there actually no 
parameters to enter my proxy settings in eclipse. Cause of that non-feature, I 
am not able to update the eclipse software.
My request is to create in the preferences under the Upgrade tab, new 
parameters to be able to connect to the updare site via http through a proxy.
