The document highlighted below is the primary document for committers to follow in relation to the due diligence process.  This document is currently 2 layers deep on this page and more difficult for committers to find as a result.  I would like to see this document more prominently displayed to avoid confusion.  Adjusting priority.

Janet, the traditional model for bug management is that the reporter gets to select the severity and the development team gets to select the priority. Because you've changed the priority, I'm understanding that you've volunteered to fix this bug (i.e., be the development team). Hence you're now the bug owner. The HTML and images are all in the CVS repository.
