Enhance the Package Explorer so that objects other than File or Resource can be DnD onto a Java Project.

For example, DnD a table from the Database Explorer onto Package Explorer Java Project and launch a wizard that does some Java related processing.

Martin wrote: "...file a bug so that we plan to work on that in 3.5. I assume we
would have to look for a more general solution than just for the package
