It appears to me that it is impossible to create a patch between two file revisions. It would be so handy to select two revisions in the CVS History view and select "Create patch" in the context menu. This is so obvious to me that I can hardly believe that this is not already possible :-]

Moreover, it would be useful to be able to create patches based on tags or dates, not only for single files but for also for folders/projects.
