the help file links correctly now	none

1) Open the context help editor
2) Click on the help icon at the top right

The correct help page opens in the help info-center, but the table of contents tree does not expand to show where we are in the help.  Searching through the ToC reveals that there is no context help entry (should be under PDE > Tools > Editors).

the help file links correctly now

I changed the mapping in toc so that the file links correctly. One file was deleted as it was no needed(?). Can you verify?
