Steps To Reproduce:
The bug can be reproduced using logic example:
1. put two any diagram elements from palette. Distance between elements should be as long to activate scroll bar
2. Move scroll bar that you can see only one element
3. Try to select these two elements. Autoscrolling does not work (scroll bar does not move during selection)
