Steps To Reproduce:
1. Install Eclipse SDK with NL Bidi package
2. Run Eclipse with command line including following argument -nl iw

3. Go to File->New->Example…->Logic Diagram and hit "Next"
4. Hit "Back"
5. Select "Flow diagram" (or any other)
6. Try to hit "Next"

Expected result: "Next" works
Actual result: "Next" does nothing

Note: in the English version "Next" works properly

The logic diagram is not an EMF example.  I suspect this should have been filed against GEF or possibly GMF.  Please file bugs against the component being tested.
